Great, inexpensive way to remotely control flashes and strobes. If you can live without all the bells and whistles, or you're looking for a good way to begin experimenting with remote triggers, the Yongnuo triggers are a great way to go at a 1/10th the expense of name brand triggers. I've got 4, and I wouldn't give them up!

These are very inexpensive but work just as designed. I have the Yongnuo Professional Flash Speedlight... to go with them and it works great!
