This Tripod Head Mount is very smooth and dead silent. It support up to 13.2lbs of pressure weight, so if you got a loaded rig with mics, lights, and a LCD display, this thing can handle it all. Solid build, and very smooth.I am very happy with this tripod. There are a lot of ways to adjust and it takes a little time to get so you don't have to think which knob to turn but once you have done that it is easy and smooth.
